Jenna had always been a meticulous traveler. She never left anything to chance. Her boarding passes were printed, her suitcase was packed three days in advance, and she even had snacks for the flight tucked neatly into her carry-on. Jenna’s flight from Raleigh-Durham to Atlanta was uneventful, a quick hop that landed her at ATL with a few hours to spare before her connecting flight to San Francisco. As her plane taxied toward the gate, she smiled, knowing she had just enough time to grab a bite to eat, relax, and maybe even catch up on some emails.
